Capella Commercial specializes in brokerage and investment sales, leasing, and property management. 

The principals of the firm are supported and complemented by a talented group of professionals; the team collectively has over 90 years of commercial real estate experience.

The firm’s objective for each of its developments is two fold: (i) creating a valued addition to the local community in which it resides; and (ii) providing attractive risk adjusted financial returns to investors in both the short and long term.

Capella’s development and acquisition efforts targets areas with high barriers to entry that are characterized by strong demographics: significant population density; and/or explosive population growth; and high income levels. Specific site selection focuses upon: competitive dynamics in the trade area (supply/demand imbalance, occupancy, rents, and the quality of existing supply); excellent visibility; strong traffic counts; accessibility; and conservative underwriting. We work closely with local municipalities, and partners only with top flight engineers, architects, consultants, vendors, property managers, and JV partners to develop state-of-the-art, institutional caliber, Class A facilities.
