Todd Dailey

Todd Dailey is the co-founder and managing partner of Capella Commercial, Capella Capital Partners and a commercial associate specializing in land and commercial development. Todd has been a resident of Austin since 1992 after attending Texas State University where he majored in Business. Todd brings to Capella over 26 years of commercial construction and development experience overseeing projects including but not limited to large tilt-wall retail centers, office buildings, climate-controlled storage and medical office.

Previously, Todd held upper management positions in the commercial and services industries, including Talent Tree and Browning Ferris Industries. Since that time he has been actively engaged in the development and construction of commercial properties such as Vista Ventures Development, LLC.

Additionally, Todd currently acts as General Partner to multiple Limited Partnerships that develop and build projects in and around the Austin area. Todd also acts as president of Barton Commercial, a General Contracting firm in Austin, Texas.

Todd’s successes in growing businesses in competitive industries reinforce his ability to provide Capella Commercial, Capella Capital, Barton Commercial and other entities with the leadership, management and expertise required for success.
