Larry Hathorn

Larry Hathorn joined the Capella Commercial team in 2019. He first obtained his real estate license in 1977, and went on to receive his Brokers license in 1979. He was a licensed Broker in Texas for 32 years before he let his license expire. Once his license expired, he concentrated on buying and selling for his own account. In September of 2018, Larry renewed his real estate license.

Larry has brokered land sales for apartments, condominiums, hotels, restaurants and many more. His most notable transactions as a broker consist of an 18,000 sq. ft. office lease in a downtown New Orleans high rise office building, 89 multi-family sites in and around Austin and Round Rock, signed a 150,000 sq. ft. Home Depot lease, and a 40,000 Sears Home Goods lease. He has also completed leases with McDonald’s, Arco AM/PM and Walgreen’s.

During his career, Larry has developed apartments, retail centers, office buildings, and subdivisions. His most distinguished developments include 500,000 sq. ft Home Depot anchored retail center in Rancho Mirage, California, a 50,000 sq. ft. 3 story atrium office building in Northwest Houston, along with several C-store anchored strip centers.
