His professional experience prior to becoming a Partner at Capella Commercial included 3 years as Director of Commercial Sales and Business Development with Legends Communities – a Commercial and Residential development firm.
Prior to that he had been Director of Leasing and Sales for The DuPont Group for 22 years responsible for the leasing and sales of all of the DuPont owned buildings as well as third party leasing and sales. He was responsible for leasing a portfolio of over 1,900,000 square feet of office space in Austin, Texas while at The DuPont Group.
Prior to working with The DuPont Group he owned his own commercial real estate company specializing in acquiring commercial real estate through limited partnerships.
In addition to his previous real estate experience he worked in the Investment Departments of Texas Commerce Bank and Banc One selling municipal bonds and other investments as a Licensed Series 7 broker.
Randall’s experience over the last 30 years helped him in the purchasing and selling of over 2 million square feet of office and retail space in the Greater Austin Metropolitan area alone, with a gross transaction value of over $700 million for the sale of office, retail and industrial buildings, raw land and ranches. He also has office and retail development experience.
His vast market knowledge of Commercial Real Estate has made him an invaluable asset to all of his clients which have included Fortune 500 companies, Wall Street Hedge Funds, Banks and Private Equity Firms.
Randall is a member of The Commercial Leasing Brokers Association, Austin Commercial Real Estate Society and holds a Texas Brokers license.
