Urban Oaks is a partnership between Ryan Companies, Capella Capital Partners and the Austin Affordable Housing Corporation (AAHC), a non-profit subsidiary of the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA). Urban Oaks is a workforce housing development on an eight-acre property located in south Austin near the intersection of Circle S Road and William Cannon Drive which completed Spring of 2017. The construction of the project provided jobs for approximately 200 local tradespeople and required in excess of approximately 225,000 labor hours.
