Dan Williams has been in the construction industry for 30+ years, garnering a wide variety of construction experience, including contract negotiation, estimating, safety, new construction and utility services management. Dan joined Barton Commercial as Project Manager, affiliate to Capella Capital Partners in 2006.

Prior to serving as Project Manager to Barton Commercial, Dan was the project manager for HEB for 22 years. Dan’s expertise in the construction industry allows Capella Capital Partners to rely on him for several aspects of the development process, including, but not limited to budgeting/cost control, design and precise construction timing.
